Shipping policy

We deliver worldwide. 

All deliveries for UK customers can be expected to be delivered within 1-5 days after purchasing your product(s.) Choose from either 1st or 2nd class delivery. This will be available at the checkout.

Deliveries for international customers can be expected to be delivered within 7-17 days. In rare cases, orders can take more than 18 days, especially if it's being shipped to the Caribbean. If this happens, please allow up to a month for your order to be delivered. Please accept our apologies for any delays that may occur as the shipping company handles your order. Please reach out if needed.

Prices for delivery vary and are charged on the weight of the product. Light products such as bookmarks, notebooks and keyrings are delivered and classed as 'letters'. They are packaged in a thick bubble-wrapped letter and start from £1.99/$7. Our heaviest products such as bundles start from £3.99/$22

Extra charges. There should be no additional charges regarding shipping (handling) whether locally or internationally, as we weigh and package each order correctly and comply with all shipping guidelines. Please note, that for international sales, your bank provider will charge you a tiny fee for currency conversions, but no other fees or charges should happen.

Custom/personalised products such as keyrings, notebooks and frames can take up to 14 days to be made.

For clothing, our t-shirts and sweatshirts are made to order and are shipped from Spain to your destination. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive if you're in the UK. If it will be delivered abroad, please allow 2-3 weeks for it to be delivered. If you need your clothing to arrive earlier, please contact us info@cassiscreative.com and we will speed your order up but please be advised, that this will cost slightly more.

Returns & Refunds:

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged. If there is a problem please feel free to contact us and we resolve this immediately.
